
Tio Lucho’s is bringing back its spirited Wine vs. Beer showdown on Thursday, May 28, with a one-night-only pairing dinner hosted with the award-winning podcast A Cork in the Road. Beginning at 7 p.m., James Beard semifinalist Chef Arnaldo Castillo will serve five Peruvian America courses, each paired with both wine and beer for a dinner that invites guests to sip and vote for their favorite match along the way. Chef Castillo’s coastal Peruvian menu gives both sides plenty to work with, letting crisp whites, bold reds, cold beers, and unexpected pairings make their case course by course. Tickets are $100 per person and include five dishes, ten pairings, and gratuity.
