Piedmont Center Redevelopment

CP Group's phased remake of the 14-building, 2.2 million-square-foot Piedmont Center office campus on Piedmont Road in Buckhead, bought out of foreclosure in June 2025. New filings detail more than 25,000 square feet of retail in six standalone buildings plus about 10,200 square feet of outdoor space, 7,375 square feet of retail inside an existing building, 117 retail parking spaces, and at least six eateries, alongside the Buckhead Medical Center conversion of Buildings 9 through 12, 42,000 square feet of spec office suites, event space, a new gateway entrance and an amenity center. The prior owner, The Ardent Companies, promised a food and beverage district here called Oxton in early 2023; it was never built, and its dated promises are carried as milestones on this address.
