The 404 @ Oliver Street
Village-style infill development by community nonprofit Westside Future Fund on a cleared site immediately north of Kathryn Johnston Memorial Park in English Avenue, at about two-thirds of the block. 54 rental units in standalone homes and smaller-scale multifamily buildings: 30 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom. Invest Atlanta says all 54 units will be designated affordable for households earning 30 to 80 percent of Area Median Income; specific rents have not been set. Architect Eric Kronberg of Kronberg Urbanists + Architects says plans also call for six for-sale homes facing south over the park; the source does not state whether those six sit inside the 54-unit count. Formerly carried the working title "Proctor Village." Distinct from North+Oliver, a separate 120-unit Westside Future Fund project at North Avenue and Oliver Street.
