The CTR (former CNN Center)
CP Group's conversion of the 1.2 million-square-foot former CNN Center into a mixed-use dining, entertainment, retail and office destination at the edge of Centennial Olympic Park. Third phase of construction began in September 2026, adding office amenities while entertainment tenants including Live-K Karaoke, Mastro's Ocean Club and The Looking Glass fill out the ground-floor program. Residential floors have been described as still to come.
