Underground Atlanta Redevelopment

Lalani Ventures' ongoing redevelopment of the half-century-old Underground Atlanta shopping and entertainment district, now organized around live music. Seven stages are open as of October 2026 (two at Lunchbox, one at MJQ Concourse, four at The Masquerade), with Ravine in the former Lower Wall Street parking garage and Loca Luna bringing the total to a stated 10 by the end of 2027. Also in the pipeline: Ela Rey coffee on Lower Alabama and a six-stall food hall in the former Foot Locker space at Alabama and Pryor. Lalani bought the district from WRS in 2020 for $31.6M.
