About This Program
First Monday of every month, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Qualified buyers can purchase a home with a zero-interest mortgage in Atlanta or South Fulton.
Eligibility
Who Can Apply
- First-time buyers or approved exceptions
- U.S. citizens or permanent residents who lived or worked in a listed metro county for one year
- Household of one to eight within program income limits
- Employment, savings and debt requirements apply
