About This Program

Invest Atlanta direct loans of up to $100,000 for businesses and commercial property owners in Atlanta's business improvement districts.

Invest Atlanta's Business Improvement Loan Fund encourages the revitalization of targeted business districts with direct loans of up to $100,000 to businesses located in business improvement districts; commercial property owners can also qualify. When Invest Atlanta joins another lender, its share can't exceed 10% of total financing. Loans run 3 to 7 years, the rate is set from the business's cash flow, and a 20% equity injection is required. The application fee is $100. To start, attend one of Invest Atlanta's monthly small business webinars or quarterly networking events, then apply online through Invest Atlanta's application portal. All Invest Atlanta loans depend on available funds.
