Eligibility

Who Can Apply

  • Low- to moderate-income homeowners or renters receiving a bill directly from Atlanta Watershed
  • Live at the property with legally active water service
  • Account has at least six billing cycles and $300 past due
  • Landlords and single-meter duplexes or triplexes are ineligible
