Eligibility

Who Can Apply

  • Age 62 or older
  • North Fulton, Cherokee, Forsyth or Dawson homeowner resident for at least one year
  • Own the home and land; all deed owners occupy the property
  • Home at least five years old on a permanent foundation
  • Income within published household-size limits
