Downtown Atlanta spent the summer hosting the world. The real story is what happens now that everyone went home.

I spent 25 years selling real estate in this city, and I've never seen downtown change this fast. In this episode of This is Atlanta, we walk it: the building where CNN used to be, now reopened as The CTR after a $200 million overhaul. The 50 acres rising over the Gulch at Centennial Yards. The FIFA Fan Fest at Centennial Olympic Park, and the vendors and small businesses who bet their summer on it. Plus a 50 year old hotel with a tiki bar half the city doesn't know exists, a gaming hall inside a former department store, and the small business taking its brand on the road now that the tournament is over.
