Brawley and Proctor Is Building Homes to Buy. The Price Is Still Unwritten.

Most of English Avenue's new housing arrives as apartments. At Brawley and Proctor, five duplexes are going up that a household can actually buy, some of them through the Atlanta Land Trust. What nobody has published yet is the price, the eligibility bar, or which resale formula applies.

Three New Beltline Features Need Fixes. One Will Take Until 2028.

A stairway that opened in June was gone by September. A ramp down to Ponce is being corrected. And a bridge over Peachtree Creek pushed Northwest Trail Segment 1 from June 2026 to mid-2028, against a Beltline funding clock that runs out at the end of 2030.
