About

About This Program

Business loans of $50,001 to $1 million from ACE, a nonprofit lender, for Georgia for-profit businesses at least 2 years old, plus coaching.

Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE), a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution, lends $50,001 to $1,000,000 to Georgia-based for-profit businesses that have operated for at least 2 years, for working capital, inventory, equipment, vehicles and real estate, and pairs its loans with business coaching and connections. Loans run up to 84 months, with rates starting at 12.00% fixed (as low as prime plus 1.75% fixed for commercial real estate only), depending on credit. Fees are a $100 application fee, a 2.00% origination fee, and $500 processing and $500 admin fees on closed loans. Loans are secured by a UCC filing on business assets, equipment, vehicles or real estate, and owners of 20% or more must personally guarantee. ACE has offices in Westside Atlanta and Cleveland, Georgia, and Women's Business Centers in Norcross and Savannah. Applying starts with a few qualifying questions online.
