About

About This Program

Case management, legal aid, job help and other services to help DeKalb County residents who are homeless or at risk keep housing. Call 404-687-3500.

Supportive Services are part of DeKalb County's $7.8 million HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program. Services are tailored to each participant and tied to a Housing Stability Plan, to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness find and keep stable housing. There is no online application: call the DeKalb Coordinated Entry access line at 404-687-3500 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for an eligibility screening, and you will be referred to a partner agency for intake. Help is given first come, first served while funding lasts.
