About

About This Program

Invest Atlanta working capital loans starting at $10,000 to help Atlanta businesses get through major disruptions, economic shocks and disasters.

Invest Atlanta's Small Business Disruption Loans, through the Atlanta Rapid Response Loan Fund (ARRLF) and the Neighborhood Impact Recovery Fund, provide working capital so small and local businesses can withstand major business disruptions, economic shocks and disasters in areas identified by the State of Georgia or the City of Atlanta. Loans start at $10,000, with the maximum based on the business's finances and ability to repay. Terms run up to 3 years for inventory and working capital, 5 years for fixed assets and 7 years for leasehold improvements (not beyond the lease), at 1% to prime plus 2% based on cash flow. Collateral and personal guarantees usually aren't required; property insurance naming the Atlanta Development Authority is. Invest Atlanta can call the loan if the business moves out of the city, stops financial reporting or stops making payments. Applications and guidelines are in Invest Atlanta's online portal.
