About

About This Program

Fayette County Purchasing posts bids and RFPs online and emails notices to businesses registered on the Georgia Procurement Registry.

Fayette County's Purchasing Department buys materials, supplies, equipment and services for County departments. Current invitations for bids and requests for proposals (RFPs) are posted on the County's Bids & Request for Proposals page. When the County plans a purchase, it emails notices to companies registered in the State's Georgia Procurement Registry through Team Georgia Marketplace, so registering there is how you get Fayette's notices. Bids must be sealed and delivered by mail, courier or in person; the County does not accept formal bids by email or fax, and late bids are not considered.
