About

About This Program

Gwinnett County Purchasing buys goods and services for the County. Register online as a supplier to join its bidder list and see open solicitations.

Gwinnett County's Purchasing Division is the County's central purchasing agent for supplies, materials, equipment and service contracts. Suppliers register online through the County's supplier portal to be placed on the bidder or supplier list; approval usually takes one business day and is confirmed by email. You don't have to be on the list to respond to a solicitation, but you must be a registered supplier before a contract is awarded. The County can't guarantee that every registered supplier gets a notice, so it asks suppliers to check the Solicitations page weekly. Gwinnett does not have an MBE/WBE program or a local supplier preference, except to break tie bids. Formal sealed bids and proposals are not accepted by fax or email.
