About

About This Program

Since July 1, 2026, Paulding County posts all bids and proposals on Bonfire, free to join. Vendors chosen for award complete a vendor application.

Paulding County's Purchasing Division buys goods, services, equipment, construction and contracts for the Board of Commissioners and other elected officials. Beginning July 1, 2026, all formal invitations to bid (ITBs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs) and other competitive solicitations are posted on Bonfire, the County's electronic procurement portal, and on the Georgia Procurement Registry. Bonfire registration is free; vendors can view and download solicitations, ask questions, get notices of new opportunities by commodity code, and submit bids and proposals online. A Vendor Application isn't needed to bid, but vendors selected for award must complete one before payment; email it to purchase@paulding.gov and allow about 24–48 business hours. Solicitations and awards through June 30, 2026, remain on the County's earlier bids page.
