Rockdale County Purchasing

Rockdale County's Purchasing and Procurement Office, part of the Department of Finance, buys materials, supplies, equipment and services for County departments. Current, pending and awarded bids, requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs) are posted on the County website, and vendors register through BidNet Direct. Sealed bids must reach the Finance Department at 958 Milstead Ave., Room 300, Conyers, by the stated deadline; late bids are not accepted. Bidders are responsible for checking the website for addenda. Under Georgia law, contractors performing services for the County must register with and use E-Verify and attach the required affidavits, or their bids may not be considered. The County publishes its purchasing policies, including a Local Vendor Preference policy.
