About This Program

DeKalb County's job center isn't taking new WIOA training applications for adults and dislocated workers; employers can still request business services.

WorkSource DeKalb, part of DeKalb County government and the American Job Center network, offers no-cost employment and training services and helps employers find qualified talent. It is not accepting new Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) applications for its Adult and Dislocated Worker programs right now because of the number of people already waiting for review and services; applications will reopen when it can serve more participants. Employers can still request business solutions online, and job seekers can browse approved training providers and job listings. The center is at 4572 Memorial Drive in Decatur, open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
