About This Short
In its place, developers Core Spaces and Capstone Communities are planning a massive new high-rise: a 1,600-bed student housing tower with 5,000+ square feet of retail, located just steps from Georgia Tech. Core Spaces already delivered Hub Atlanta last year with nearly 800 beds, and this new project will be even bigger. Groundbreaking is expected in 2026 with phase one wrapping up by 2029. This marks one of the biggest redevelopment moves Midtown has seen in years — and another major shift in Atlanta’s skyline.
Atlanta Do you think this is a win for the city, or the end of an era for one of Atlanta’s most infamous clubs?
