What’s included:
• A 16-story tower with 83 mixed-income apartments
• Restoration of the Gothic-style sanctuary
• Six additional residential units + shared community space
• Trinity Women’s Center remains open for women and children
• Resident amenities: fitness center, clubhouse, business center, and picnic pavilion
According to Invest Atlanta, projected rents range from $495/month for one-bedrooms at 30% AMI up to $1,752/month for two-bedrooms at 80% AMI.
