Atlanta is converting the historic Atlanta Constitution building into Folio House — 50 units total, and 46 will be affordable. Then they’re adding 150 more units right next door. That’s over 200 new homes in downtown ATL for folks who actually live and work here. And it's all supposed to be ready before the World Cup next year.
