About This Short
Airbnb just made their anti-party policy permanent and Atlanta is one of their key focus cities.
New “anti-party” tech checks:
• Type of listing you’re booking
• How close you live to the property
• Whether it’s last-minute
• If your account has reviews
If your booking gets flagged, Airbnb can block or reroute it before it’s confirmed.
Here’s what happened over just 2 summer weekends last year:
• 51,000 guests were blocked or redirected
• 900 in Atlanta
• 2,400 across Georgia
And now? That system is in place year-round.
